A class is missing
Why a class does not appear, or cannot be registered for.

For families
- The class is not on the website. It may not be open for registration yet. Check back, or ask the centre.
- My child is not in the class I chose. Look at Registrations. If the invoice is unpaid, the place was never confirmed.
For staff
- Is it published? Classes start as Draft and families cannot see drafts. This is the cause almost every time.
- Is the term's registration window open? A closed window blocks every class in the term.
- Is it full? Registration stops when capacity is reached.
