Registrations and enrolments: what is the difference?
A registration is a request with a seat held. An enrolment is a confirmed place.

Overview
| Registration | Enrolment | |
|---|---|---|
| What it means | You have asked for a place. | The place is yours. |
| When it happens | When you press Register. | When the invoice is paid. |
| Where you see it | Registrations | My Classes |
| Can it expire? | Yes, if left unpaid. | No. |
Why the hold expires
Popular classes fill up. If unpaid requests held seats all term, families ready to pay would be turned away. So an unpaid registration releases its seats after a while, on its own.
If a registration has been sitting under Registrations for a while, its invoice is almost certainly still unpaid. Open Invoices and pay it.
My child is not in the class I chose. Why?
Look at Registrations. If the invoice is still unpaid, the place was never confirmed – and an unpaid hold expires.
