Check these in order
- Wait fifteen minutes. Five wrong passwords lock the account for fifteen minutes. Most reports of a broken login turn out to be this.
- Check the email address. Use the one you registered with – often a work or old personal address.
- Check caps lock. Passwords are case sensitive.
- Ask for a reset. If you have forgotten the password, contact the centre. An administrator can reset it.
Staff: ask an administrator to reset your password rather than trying variations, which only extends the lock.
How do I reset my password?
If you know your current password, open your name in the top right corner and choose Change password. If you have forgotten it, contact the centre and an administrator will reset it.

Five wrong passwords lock the account for fifteen minutes. Wait, then try again carefully.
