What is it?
Your account is how the centre knows who you are. A guardian account holds the whole family: every child, every registration and every invoice.
How do I create one?
- Open the centre's website and press Register in the top right corner.
- Enter your own name and email address, not your child's. Invoices and notices go to this address.
- Choose a password of at least eight characters.
- Submit the form. You are signed in and taken to your family portal.
Create one account per family. Add each child inside it under My Students; children do not need accounts of their own to be registered.
How do I sign in?
Press Sign in, enter your email address and password. Staff are taken to Administration; families to the portal.
Common problems
After five wrong passwords the account locks for fifteen minutes. Wait, then try again carefully rather than trying variations.
- "That email is already registered" – you, or someone in your family, already has an account. Sign in instead.
- Forgotten password – contact the centre and an administrator will reset it for you.
