Register a child for a class
Add your child once, choose classes, and hold the place while you pay.

What is it?
Registering asks the centre for a place in a class. The seat is held for you straight away and an invoice is raised. The place is confirmed when the invoice is paid.
Before you start
You need a family account. See Create an account and sign in.
How do I add my child?
- In the family portal open My Students.
- Add one entry per child with their name and date of birth.
- Add anything medical the centre should know in a hurry.
How do I register?
- Browse the classes on the centre's website and pick what you want.
- Press Register and say which child goes into which class. One registration can cover several children and several classes.
- Enter a discount code, if you have one, before you confirm.
- Confirm. You are taken to the invoice.
- Pay the invoice. The place is confirmed once the payment goes through.
Registering holds the seat while you pay. Leave the invoice unpaid and the hold expires, and the seat goes back to other families waiting.
Example
Amina registers her two children for Quran on Saturdays and Arabic on Sundays in one go. She uses the code SIBLING10, pays the single invoice by card, and both places appear under My Classes a minute later.
Common problems
- I cannot find the class – registration may not be open yet for that term. See A class is missing.
- The discount code was refused – it may have expired or reached its limit. Ask the centre.
How do I add another child?
Open My Students in the family portal and add them. Then register them for classes the same way as before.
Where do I enter a discount code?
On the registration page, before you confirm. A code that is refused may have expired or reached its limit.
