What is it?

Invoices in your family portal lists everything the centre has billed you, paid and unpaid. Invoices belong to the guardian account, not to the child.

How do I pay?

Open Invoices in the family portal.
Open the invoice with a balance to pay.
Press Pay and enter your card details on the secure payment page.
When you come back, the invoice shows as paid and the place is confirmed.

Receipts

Open a paid invoice to see and download its receipt.

Paying by cash, cheque or transfer

Hand it to the centre and quote the invoice number. Staff record it against the invoice, and the balance updates.

Card payments normally confirm within a minute or two. If yours has not after that, see A payment is not showing.
