Payment plans
Where a fee has been split into instalments, Payment Plans shows what you have paid and what is still coming, with the date of each instalment.
Memberships
A membership is a monthly subscription. The card you signed up with is charged every month until you cancel.

How do I cancel my membership?
- Open Membership in the family portal.
- Press Cancel and confirm.
Nothing more is taken after that.
How do I stop my monthly membership?
Open Membership in the family portal and press Cancel. Nothing more is taken.
