Overview
The Sufaraa App runs a learning centre from one place: the classes it offers, the families who join them, the fees they pay and the staff who teach. Families use it to register their children and pay. Staff use it to build the timetable, confirm places and keep the books straight.
The three areas
| Area | Who uses it | What happens there |
|---|---|---|
| Public site | Anyone | Browse classes, memberships and teachers, and create an account. |
| Family portal | Guardians and students | Add children, register for classes, pay invoices, send support requests. |
| Administration | Centre staff | Set up teaching, manage families and money, and configure the system. |
Why it is built this way
Everything a family does lands in the same records staff work from. When a guardian registers a child, the seat is held, the invoice is raised and the class list updates without anybody re-typing it.
Look for the ? icons next to screens and fields. They open a short explanation and a link to the full guide right where you are working.
